Bookings

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit.

Hire Items

All hire items remain the property of Trace Stefani.

Personalised Products

As these items are made to order, personalised products cannot usually be returned unless faulty.

Customers are responsible for checking spelling, wording and proofs before approval.

Payments

A 50% deposit secures your booking.

The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before the event.

Liability

Trace Stefani is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including adverse weather, road closures or venue restrictions.
